As with most of the jobs we complete, this customer’s main concern was making sure that she was able to feel safe in her home, and she knew that having a Fort Saskatchewan home security system installed was a great way to make that happen. Consequently, she called on us to get the job done. During her consultation, we learned that she wanted to have a basic system installed. Our basic package is anything but basic, and for this customer’s home it included: sensors on all exit doors, motion detectors on each basement window, a newly-installed smoke detector, and a flood sensor for her home’s sump pump. After we agreed upon the installation plan, we showed up at the customer’s house the very next morning to have everything installed for her.
The Customer’s Reaction To Our Work
As previously stated, this customer’s goal was increased safety. She wanted to make sure that her household would be protected in case an intruder ever attempted to gain access to the property. She felt that we achieved that for her with this home security system install. Once we were finished with the alarm system install, our customer let us know that she was very happy with the work that we did as well as with the timeliness of the install. In fact, the customer was so happy with the home alarm system that we installed for her home that she referred us to her mother as well.

After the home security system install that we performed at this customer’s home was finished, the customer then referred us to her mother who had the same safety concerns with no alarm system. Fortunately, we had no problem helping her as well. Our technicians were able to install the same basic home security systems in both her and her mom’s home, ensuring that the doors and windows had sensors and that there was a smoke detector and flood sensor installed where needed.
